I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its cheap and clean room and AFFABLE staff. The location was convenient and great for Suffolk, so close to local fast food outlets, and An MAJOR ROAD IN A COUNTRY TOWN. It also was in the middle of jackson.

This hotel experience was horrifying! We found the bathroom dirty and the bed felt unsafe. The service was unhelpful, and we encountered unsettling loiterers outside. It was just a nightmare, leading us to leave early.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff
The location off Holland Road is perfect for travelers. The cleanliness of the rooms could definitely use some improvement, as I found a dirty towel left in the bathroom upon arrival.

The Quality Inn & Suites was conveniently located right off the highway. Our Beautiful Queen Room was comfortable, with a nice refrigerator and microwave which were perfect for our late-night snacks. The outdoor pool was a great way to cool off after a long day, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The WiFi signal was weak at times.
